Client and Challenge

RND s.r.o. operates in the field of rail freight transport and forwarding. They offer their clients comprehensive tailor-made logistics solutions and pride themselves on an individual and friendly approach.

They approached us on the occasion of introducing new railway wagons designed for freight transport. The original goal was to create a corporate video presenting their services and core values.

Initial Meeting and First Shoot

During the initial meeting, we thoroughly discussed the client’s focus, target audience, and expectations for the final video. Together, we planned the first shoot, which was to take place during the passage of the new rail wagons.

To capture this key moment, we had to be extremely flexible. We were on standby from evening until the early morning hours. The train eventually passed through Olomouc at dawn.

Emotion, Progression, and Story

Today, it’s no longer enough to simply show what a company does. It’s essential to create a powerful emotional story that draws the viewer in and leaves a lasting impression. Many companies remain in their own bubble — focusing on details that matter to them, but not necessarily to their customers. That’s why it’s valuable to look at the message from the outside and find what truly resonates with the audience.

We therefore decided to build the video around a voiceover that not only clearly explains the company’s activities but also captures the spirit of the railway and the client’s values. Once approved, we proceeded to write the script and plan additional filming days to ensure the final result was engaging, authentic, and truly spoke to the end viewer.

On-site Filming and Client Location

The next stage of filming took place at the client’s customer in Šumperk, where we captured the loading process of the wagons — from ground level and with a drone. We also filmed illustrative footage directly at the company’s dispatch center and out in the field.

We focused on detail, rhythm, and visual aesthetics in every shot.

Post-production

Post-production was a crucial phase of the project. We needed to place the client within a broader geographic context, as their services span across Europe. The result was a dynamic and visually impressive video, with over 23 hours spent on editing and fine-tuning.

After completing the Czech version, we created an English version with a professional voiceover, enabling the video to be used for communication with international partners. If needed, we can flexibly provide additional language versions — either using native speakers or modern voice synthesis technology.

Summary and Client Testimonial

In cooperation with RND s.r.o., we created a visually compelling and emotionally driven corporate video that showcases not only the logistics services but also the spirit of railway transport. We handled the project from the first early-morning shots to the final post-production, including multiple language versions. The result is a professional company presentation now used both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
