Series of Presenter-Led Videos for BOW

When a company offers technically demanding services, a simple website text is often not enough. Customers need to quickly understand how the entire process works, what the company offers, and why they can trust it. With exactly this goal in mind, První Hanácká BOW approached us together with the marketing agency Conrescom.
The result was a series of three presenter-led videos that clearly and simply introduce the company, its pre-delivery inspections, and both warranty and post-warranty service.
Project Goal
The main objective was to create videos that would quickly explain to website visitors:
- who BOW is,
- how the pre-delivery inspection process works,
- how service and customer care are handled.
The content was intended both for business partners and dealers, as well as end customers who want reassurance that their equipment will be handled by an experienced team.
The videos were also designed for long-term use not only on the company website, but also at trade fairs, presentations, and corporate events.
Developing the Concept
At the beginning of the project, we held a joint meeting with the client and the marketing agency Conrescom, which manages BOW’s marketing communication.
Together, we defined:
- what should be communicated in each video,
- which services needed to be explained,
- how to present the videos in a way that would also be understandable for people unfamiliar with the industry.
We chose a presenter-led format as the ideal solution. We cast an actor whose appearance and presentation naturally fit the company environment and who guided viewers through each topic in a clear and approachable way.
The spoken parts were complemented with illustrative footage from the company’s operations, service processes, and employees at work.
Filming Everything in a Single Day
The marketing agency prepared the first draft of the scripts, which we then refined together into the final version. Thanks to the client’s excellent preparation and perfect coordination between all parties involved, we managed to film all material for the three videos within a single shooting day.
The entire production process ran very smoothly and demonstrated how effective cooperation between a client, agency, and production team can look.
We delivered the first video drafts within 14 days and then fine-tuned the final versions together with the client.
What Worked Best
One of the biggest advantages was the client’s preparedness. Thanks to that, we were able to focus fully on the filming itself and the visual execution.
The presenter-led format also proved highly effective in explaining more technical topics in a simple, natural, and human way.
And honestly — the production crew was treated exceptionally well during the shoot. Great refreshments, coffee, and a relaxed atmosphere created an environment where the work practically flowed on its own.
Project Deliverables
In total, three videos were produced in a 16:9 format:
- a general company introduction video,
- a video about pre-delivery inspections,
- a video about warranty and post-warranty service.
The videos were optimized for use on the company website as well as for further online presentation, such as YouTube, trade fairs, and corporate events.
