Live broadcast of a dermatological procedure
Livestream
Client and Challenge
The company Beauty Med Group is one of the leading distributors of aesthetic medicine technologies in the Czech Republic. For more than 17 years, the company has been supplying clinics and aesthetic centers with advanced devices, professional cosmetic products, and expert education.
For a professional conference, we provided a live broadcast of a dermatological laser procedure focused on skin smoothing and wrinkle reduction. The procedure took place in a smaller salon room at Hotel Stages and was transmitted to the main conference hall located approximately 30 meters away.
The goal was to allow dermatologists, clinic owners, and the client’s partners to observe the procedure in maximum detail with expert commentary from the doctor, while ensuring that the treatment itself could proceed without disruption.

Technical Solution
The broadcast was produced using a two-camera setup.
The first camera focused on a detailed view of the procedure, allowing the audience to closely follow the doctor’s work and the laser treatment in maximum detail. The second camera provided a wider shot, offering contextual coverage of the entire procedure.
As part of the production, we also provided a complete audio setup. The doctor performing the procedure was equipped with a microphone, enabling him to explain each step of the treatment and demonstrate how the device works.
The audio signal was then split into two channels. The English commentary was played through the speakers in the conference hall, while at the same time it was sent to interpreters who provided simultaneous translation through headsets for the audience.
This allowed viewers to follow the procedure in real time with expert commentary and the possibility to ask questions immediately after the treatment.
The entire broadcast was also fully recorded, and the client received recordings of both procedures on our cloud immediately after the event.
Project Challenges
One of the main challenges was the logistics of the entire setup. The complete technical solution had to be prepared during a single one-hour lunch break in the conference schedule.
All equipment was therefore prepared in advance. As soon as the attendees left for lunch, our team immediately began installing the cameras, cabling, and audio system.
Thanks to careful planning and precise preparation, the entire broadcast was ready on time without disrupting the rest of the conference program.
