EverLift: From Workshop to Customer

The Client and the Challenge
EverLift spol. s r.o. has been operating on the Czech and Slovak markets since 1991. Based in Hněvotín, the company manufactures truck bodies and provides sales, installation and servicing of handling equipment for road transport. Its own modern facility includes professionally equipped workshops, an assembly hall, extensive storage areas and facilities for technical consulting and after-sales services.
EverLift approached us with a request for a video that would present the company to customers and business partners. The primary purpose was to use it as a presentation video at trade fairs, while also making it suitable for the company’s website and other communication channels.
The challenge was therefore not simply to show what EverLift does, but to present the entire customer journey in an engaging and easy-to-understand way – from the initial contact with the customer to the handover of the completed vehicle, training and subsequent service.

Our Solution
The Company Through the Customer’s Eyes
Instead of a conventional corporate video built around a voice-over, we chose a hosted format. The viewer is guided through the entire video by actress Barbora Šebestíková, who has experience in theatre, television and film.
Her casting was a deliberate choice. For a company operating in the field of handling technology, it would be natural to choose a male presenter or a technically oriented face. We decided to take the opposite approach. An actress in an environment of road transport, hydraulics and truck bodies creates an unexpected contrast and helps EverLift stand out from its competitors.
Barbora also works as more than just a traditional presenter. She guides the viewer through the different parts of the company and gradually reveals everything that stands behind EverLift’s services.
From the First Contact to After-Sales Service
We built the video’s narrative around the customer journey. The viewer gradually goes through the entire process – from arriving at the company and the initial consultation, through the production and installation process, to the completion of the vehicle.
The video also showcases the work taking place in the workshops, the assembly process, the finished equipment and the handover of the vehicle to the customer. EverLift is therefore presented not only as a manufacturer, but as a partner capable of handling the entire process, including subsequent servicing, spare parts and technical consulting.
Just One Shooting Day
We completed the entire production in a single shooting day directly at EverLift’s facility in Hněvotín.
We filmed with a cinema camera and gimbal and also used a drone for aerial shots of the facility and its surroundings. For the interiors, we used cinematic continuous lighting, while outdoors we worked with diffusion to control the natural light.
The production was handled by a compact four-person crew consisting of a cinematographer, assistant/lighting technician, director and make-up artist. Thanks to efficient preparation and careful planning, we were able to capture the entire company story in a single day without the need for a large production team.
The Result
The result is a 2.5-minute corporate video in 4K resolution and 16:9 format, which EverLift uses as a presentation tool at trade fairs, on its website and across other communication channels.
To make the video work in today’s online environment as well, we also created a short 30-second version in Full HD and 9:16 format designed specifically for social media.
One shooting day therefore resulted in two formats for different communication needs – a longer presentation for personal meetings and the website, and a short, dynamic format for social media.
EverLift now has a modern way to showcase not only its technology, but also the people, facilities and complete service behind the finished product.
